MORÈ
Golondrina—or swallow— is the nickname my grandmother gave me at birth, a quiet prophecy for the life I would live. Swallows are swift, adaptable migratory birds, crossing entire oceans yet always returning to their nest.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, I became an immigrant at nine and began making art at fifteen — first in my high school darkroom, then in the halls of art school in Boston, and later, almost by accident, in film school in Atlanta.
A multidisciplinary artist, I work across photographic installations, oil paintings, and both fiction and non-fiction films.
After years moving between cities and disciplines—including six in journalism—my work has finally landed home.
Golondrina Productions is where it all gathers — a single creative nest for work that refuses to live in just one medium.
